“The branch here, you see? The big one piercing right through the middle of the umbrella, this is the root…” He indicated with his pen on the monitor screen, pointing at the 3D diagram which is supposed to be a representation of the state space transitions, but looked suspiciously to me like a certain male body part.

“And the two spheres attached to the main root, they indicate the termination of the transitions. After which no…” I have no idea what the end to that sentence was because the diagram is way too… vivid. I stared at the tree-like figure, with branches of penises (pardon the crudeness of my language, but it is not everyday that you get to use the plural form of that noun :P) sticking out from everywhere, trying very hard to not let my imagination wander away.

With a straight face the scientist persists “… the size of the spheres and the length of the branch is a reliable way for the user to gauge the expected performance of the system, basically they should be symmetrical, otherwise you can be sure that something is wrong, somewhere. Any questions?” he looked at me earnestly, waiting.

My career cannot get any better than this.
